Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order. We use an order fulfillment center that ships several hundred packages a day so they are not able to pull an order for cancelation or changes.
If an item goes on sale or is further marked down, we do not honor any refunds or price adjustments.
Items may look slightly different than appear on your computer or phone screen depending on your color settings.
You may send an order back for an exchange, store credit or refund.
We process orders within 2-24 hours Mon-Fri on all México non-holidays.
If a coupon code is not added at the time of order, we are not able to honor on an order already placed. We do not do any price adjustments or credit back cards for coupon codes not used at time of placing orders.
